Ro Srey
Ro Srey is a Strategic Consultant and Technology Innovation leader with nearly 20 years of experience developing strategy, optimizing business operations, and driving organizational growth and digital transformation across IoT, SaaS, InsurTech, FinTech, Telecom, and Manufacturing. His experience spans companies including HSBC, Allstate, Samsung, and UScellular, and his innovation work has earned him 23 U.S. patents.
Having worked from the frontline to leadership, Ro has seen firsthand the gap between how organizations think they operate and how work actually gets done. That experience shaped his belief that meaningful transformation starts with understanding the people closest to the work, the customers they serve, and the realities of how the organization operates every day.
Today, Ro helps organizations challenge assumptions, understand how they actually operate, and make better strategic decisions before embarking on transformations that can fundamentally reshape their business.

Nate Chang
Nate Chang has spent over a decade trying to figure out how and why organizations function the way they do. He came to service design through UX Research and Product Management, and kept running into the same thing: what a customer experiences at the surface is shaped by everything behind it. The data, the people, the processes, the workarounds, the policies that made sense once and never got updated, and the ways of working that only exist as oral tradition.
No matter the job, Nate has always wanted to know why work has to be the way it is and what could be different. His curiosity has taken him across Financial Services, Life Insurance, CPG, Agtech, and non-profits, along with a few detours through leatherwork and mixology.
He's established dual track scrum programs, led rapid design sprints for emerging technology and innovation, and been part of too many SAFe, wagile, and everything-in-between transformations to count. Complexity-conscious and systems-minded, he is more interested in the relationships, incentives, and feedback loops that cut across official org charts and functional boundaries than in the boxes and lines themselves.

Dan Hopewell
A veteran of bootstrapped startups, Fortune 100 digital orgs and a made-for-TV tech unicorn alike, Dan has spent the past two decades bringing the lenses of Service Design, Qualitative Research, Digital Product Strategy and UX/CX Strategy to problems across an array of industries, including Healthcare, Education, Finserv/Fintech, CPG, Manufacturing and B2B SaaS.
He’s led teams of junior designers through the ambiguity of human factors and coached startup founders to better define their wicked (and not-so-wicked) problems. As the first hire at a scrappy Midwest startup of his own, he helped navigate a four-year odyssey to successful exit and acquisition (and bears the scar tissue from the resulting integration). He has first-hand experience negotiating the clash between chaotic growth imperatives and vaguely-defined strategy, and has been at the front lines when AI productization and automation dreams have met harsh data and operational realities.
Animating Dan’s career throughout has been an instinct to rabbit-hole into systems and the lives of the people who work in them, and an abiding drive to make it all work just a little bit better.
